My biggest problem with cable is that I'm paying for ads and the ability to watch what they want me to watch when they want me to watch it. So what benefit do I get when I just end up buying the good shows on DVD anyway?
So I prefer to watch on the internet where I can choose what I want to watch ...

Dead Rising - a fun zombie killer with masses and masses of zombies to kill in as many interesting ways as you can!
Mass Effect - 3rd person shooter / RPG from Bioware. Really excellent futuristic space story, a good 30+ hours of gameplay. Easily my favorite 360 game.

Best FPS I've ever played is Starseige Tribes.
It's available free for download at any number of locations. There's also a company currently working on creating a browser version.

I did pick up a copy of The Orange Box at Goodwill for about five dollars. After rushing home to install it on my PC, I quickly discovered that 1) You have to install Steam first and 2) If it's been registered by someone else, you can't play it! The moral of the story is that you don't buy used ...

Thank you for the responses, that's pretty much exactly the kind of information I was hoping for.
I believe that Metal Gear Solid 4 makes a fair amount of use of the pressure sensitive buttons, but I've only played about 20 minutes of that game. Mostly, I prefer the stick and bumper/trigger layouts ...
