Resized sig from 600 x 177 to 600 x 150; looks better now.

I use a bit of a blur on the wording and also 75% transparency, to get the effect.

Just held my system again, gorgeous! All buttons including the shoulder buttons feel really good now, and case is shut well. Boy, this has taken a lot of ...

I was trying to attach the aluminum to the memory and then fold it around to the other side where it could accordion a bit.

Care to recommend some that don't end in the words "Vista", "Mac", or "Linux"?
That's like asking for cars not made in North America, Europe, or Asia.

As for cases I want to see one made out of lego  . You'd need to glue the pieces together to make it structural but if you custom ordered all the right pieces and made a colour scheme you stuck to it could actually look pretty good. Play around with L-cad if you don't believe me.
After the ...

The sensor bar doesn't sense anything. It's just a source of infrared light. All the sensing is done by the wiimote itself, so no, it wouldn't interfere with anything.

17" screen (Which cant be a HD monitor because I've yet to find a way to make the N64 output to a DVI plug (You'd think somebody would have made an adapter). LCD TV's are more expensive than LCD monitors for some reason). $600 was a good price. I remember that price. It was for a 15". The original ...

Perhaps the c-stick could be used to move a cursor on the second screen, and the z-button could be used to "touch" the screen.

There's a basic amp you can use. The 386 IC runs on anything from 4-17 volts, and you only need six parts, all of which are available at Radio Shack:

LM386 IC
10k potentiometer
250 uf capacitor
0.05 uf capacitor
10 ohm resistor
8 ohm speaker

Agreed. You really will need to invest in some electrical solder. Plumbing solder doesn't conduct electricity very well, and electrical solder is designed to.

Damn, that's what I was afraid of. Is the soldering iron itself still ok? Or do I need a new one of those, too?
You're probably going to ...

Thanks for the replys

@Exploding.Monkey - Thanks for the link, it's helps a bit. The guide is pretty vague, though..

Thanks for your thoughts, guys. I think what I'll just do is buy another PSU, this one specifically:

And just have this powering the screen instead.
