I have two 7.2v 2300mAh batts, even when wired in parallel they couldent supply quite enough power. (Dont feal like explaning why atm, too tired.) So I need 7.5v. (BTW, Im using a ps1 sccreen clone, takes more power it think)

Its kinda hard to make a portable with a wall adapter.

Need power supply help

This has probabily been answered somewhere else, but I couldent find it.

Anyways, where can I find or how can I make a good PS1 Mini power supply? (7.5v, PS1 = 2 amp, Screen = 1.5 amp) It may be a simple find, but I haven't had any luck :(

My PS1 portable...

Started my PS portable monday or so, already killed two controlers in the process :P

First thing I did was lenghten the case, the PS1 mini's case was too small for my evil plants... em, plans. It was rather fun doing that, this is my first bondo job :P

Im useing the same screen, it'll work :wink:

And just a quick note incase it helps, the A/V wires are colored like an RCA jack. (Yellow = Video, Red = Right Audio, White = Left Audio) :)

Ordered a broken dvd player a while back, and turned it into this.

I was planning to use it for a portable, but I found it was quite useful to have a small RCA screen so it stayed in its 'temp' form. It has a minor riple effect, but I gave up on finding it. Other then that it's pretty good quality ...
