I don't think they will take it down. It probably violates some design patents due to the similar appearance, but there is no pirate software. There really would have been no tip-off to take it down if there were no pictures, even with, unless Mother N calls it in, it will probably remain.

This does appear to be the highest quality built machine utlizing a NOAC on the market.

I would be really interested to see the guts of this thing. If anyone has torn into one please post some pics.

The only drawback I see is the lack of support for original controllers. I am sure an adapter could be fashioned. My first concern is portabalizing though :)
