Craigslist has been treating me well
In the last couple of weeks, I've gotten a Sega Saturn with 10 or so games, controllers, cables, etc for 50 and Shadowrun, Super Metroid, Secret of Evermore, Earthbound, and Super Mario RPG for 70 TOTAL.

That's half right
The issue is not that it spins in a different direction -- it's that the drive reads the proprietary GameCube discs from the outside towards the inside.

First off, there's no way you're going to be able to get the stuff pure. Hydrogen peroxide in high concentrations is really corrosive and frankly not safe to handle outside of a professional or laboratory environment.
