You're gonna glue 100+ pages together? That's gonna be incredibly frustrating. The glue will add at least 50% of the thickness of the whole book. And like Klefmung said, if you miss one page, the whole thing falls apart. You'd be much better off just getting a block of wood and carving into it ...

I am working on taking a book, carving out most of the middle, hot glueing it shut, covering the inside with electrical tape, and then putting the gutted NES components inside. Are there any notable dangers or problems that could arrise from using such a case?
