Technical Notes M4V / MP4 versions require QuickTime version 7 or compatible media player. Video iPod version can also be played in QuickTime, no iPod required. If you don't have one, get a free QuickTime player from Apple.com. There is also a standalone version which doesn't include iTunes. Sometimes MP4/M4V files became associated with Winamp, which doesn't natively support the format but will open it anyway and just play the audio. To properly play one of these MP4 files, you may need to right-click the file and select "Open With..." and choose QuickTime. PSP users, you may have to select "Change Frame Size" in your video options to get the movie to fill the widescreen. High end computers can run the video non-interlaced for a better picture. In QuickTime 7, select WINDOW, Show Movie Properties. Click on Video Track, then the Visual Settings tab. Select "Deinterlace" in the lower right corner.
