A new section at BenHeck...

I suggest that a section in the forums be created to discuss not only Ben's Film making projects, but other's aswell.

I feel like that area of his domain isn't discussed enough, and I myself enjoy creating cinema aswell.

Anyone else agree?

me too, a buddy of mine and I are working vary hard at a project called stoner cronicals. a vary long project of ours where we film our stoned rantings and adventures but we do not have a vary good means to capture our events because we have no camera, we use my digital camera and always run low on memoire Infact last night i killed a 512 card trying to get more fotage, some astablishing shots we lacked... One day I'll have a real camera.

I would really like to see a forum about Ben's movies. Or we could just do it in Fourm 42. It's kinda what it's for.

I agree that there should be a section dedicated to just his movies, it may not get as much traffic as the video game consoles, but after all this is "THE OFFICIAL SITE OF BENJAMIN J HECKENDORN" not "THE OFFICIAL SITE OF BENJAMIN J HECKENDORN'S PORTABLE VIDEO GAME CONSOLES"

maybe there are actually people that come here to get information on his movies and don't really care at all about his portables

If I ever get my dedicated host machine going I'd like to have all my movies available for download.

Plus please note I'll be working on a ghost documentary soon. Not a narrative movie per se, but still a video project.

I appreciate the interest as a movie project is vastly more difficult than making portables.

When you do the documentary, and if there are any anomilies in the film (Lights not previously seen, faces, etc) I might be able to help... I know a fare bit about the paranormal

You might be suprised by the number of people that actually want to talk about the movies, but don't really post about them cause there isn't a real good place to do so here. Yeah, you can say "there's Forum 42, post there" but really, in the past, I've been turned off from doing so because the subject material in Forum 42 is so diverse and unorganized. Not saying that Forum 42 isn't good, just unsuited for talking about Ben's movies. A seperate section of forum for the movies may not be as well trafficed as some of the other parts, but having one section about the movies would keep talk about the movies in a more organized spot where it's easier to find the information you are seeking

You could always support Ben by buying one of his films rather than downloading them, then you wouldn't be wasting bandwidth or storage space. Not to mention, I'm pretty sure none of his films are available for download anywhere.

i think Ben was offering one of his films online...

and im pretty sure he just said he wanted to have them available for download, cause free is fair when it is all about love.

I hear you man getting a movie down is so copulate hard. like theres so much interpersonal battles going on like im a directer first and i hate when (this gos back to flim class, yeah im not hard core any more this is why) actors direct me!!! any ways I think that we sould have more talk of it yes but section not yet

It would be nice but for now the section on the home page is fine.
