7805 question

i need to disable the built in games on my super joy but i have a question. Which side do i solder to on the 7805 from pin 31, right or left?

left for input, right for output. I'm 99.9% sure that's right ;).
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!
