N64 Cart Relocation

Where can I buy ribbon cable with a fitting that will go into the board and the actual cart plug?

What is the name of the cable/connector?

If I cant buy one, any suggestions for relocating the cart plug?

desoldering it and then connecting it with wires

That isn't the only way:
