1.80 ghz intel celeron,PC 15 inch touch screen (new updates)

sorry for my crappy picture quality.

I have a 15 in. touch screen (20 with case) but the connector to the PC has broken off. It has a built in USB digital camera that is right on the top. TFT quality.

any info on the touchscreen, that looks to be a VGA connector thats broken off, how does the touchscreen connect to the pc? serial or usb

vga is broke off, vga is 3 rows of pins, i think 15 total, serial is 2 rows of pins i think 12 pins or somehting
