Audio Editing, I need help!

If any of you here have the software to edit an .mp3 file (in this case, cutting it apart and still having it be an mp3) give me a pm. You'll find why I need this done when you pm. Thanks for the help.

audacity is da bomb but you need to download a file before you can export mp3s
