Okay I think I finished converting all the important graphics. You can view the directory <a href="http://bicostp.portablesofdoom.org/foru ... /">here</a>. (I've got to go someplace and don't have time to write out all the image tags. Sorry.)
The poll bar imagess are difficult to see, so here's a widened version:

They were made using the SubSilver kit from phpbb.com, so if you have a sandbox phpbb installation somewhere you can probably just copy these images into the proper directory. (But there might be a couple .pngs in there when it calls for .gifs.)
