As for the little pet project. I think we need to have some people take the posistions of publisher(s) and editor(s). That way we have some structure, and can focus our energy. Then the publisher(s) can decide what they'd like in what ever issue and have people who are willing to write or people that have pieces to submitte go to the editor(s) for review. After that package it by the publisher(s) and export it.
Now just saying that if it were my desision I would have it exported as a PDF. Reason being that there is almost no OS that doesnt have a default PDF viewer. And as Usbcd36 said if we want put it into the torrent networks and have it spread out.
