Alright, I've decided - I'm in. I will try to finish up something before March.

So basically, no rules to this "compo", anything goes, even portables now; so anything will be entered.

In case you are wondering, no, i'm not entering! :D

Well, at least there is a separate category for portables, with a separate prize; What else can I do, the more entries of any kind, the better. :P

And you had BETTER enter something, Bacteria!

A legitimate objection: however blueegee has to sit this one out.

I'm officially entering my GCp v1(hint) into the runnings.

palmertech wrote:I would think that as a more casual contest, people could enter stuff they may have done a little work on, but make it clear where they were when the contest started. The voters can always take the time factor into account on their own, anyways. :D

@themadhacker: Hmmm... GBA is a GBO case, with extra feaures, yet NOT like mine... This sounds interesting,

I have a few idea for prizes, I will have to flesh them out though. Any other prize ideas/donaters?

And Ben, the Benheck Experience thing looks sweet! Can't attend myself, wish I could. We could fold that in, but most of the people here lack the means to attend, so I think an unofficial tie-in would have to suffice. Worth mentioning, but not something to build the show around by a long shot, :P
sweet I think thats a good time line to do a GC handheld. just so long i can find a portable DVD player.. well a screen any way. lol This is going to be great if I can get my tools through this peace bod. copulate evidence locker. come back time, this needs a wild case. lol count me in kids.

No, I have to finish my project (guides, cases, kits, etc), then re-build my project room with big improvements; then onto project 2 for my cases - N64; which I probably won't finish until back end of March probably. All of this work has to take preference over a compo!

Oh come on mario, you can't enter, the shear awesomeness of your portable would win in a long shot.
But seriously I'm voting for mario.

I like rules and routine.

To me, no rules in a compo (and upheld); no value.

My portable does follow the rules. Are you talking of completion? When he posted this, I was still in the research stages.

There are rules, and they will be upheld. As long as we have two categories, I see no lack of rules here. ;)

I am gonna be tight pressed to finish my portable; I was planning on going all out first try, but I may make an "MK1", then finish
