NOAC in a Cartridge Stack

Hey I want to run my portable on a 9v batter. I can't figure out how to get it to 6V? What ohm resistor do I need to make a 9v batter do 6V?

Because it doesn't run on 5V, and I don't want to know what 9V does.

use a regulator like a 7805
i dought the batt would last long inside is a pile of watch batrteries
