I have seen them, but I prefer to work solo and leave no trail. Plus, dealextreme is just so cheap.

What kind of info? The EMPs I have built have a range of a few inches, but are silent. I have looked, and looked, and looked, and it is really hard to make one with more than a few feet range as a hobby without involving explosives. Whatever info you want, though, I can give.

Seen those little stun pens? This thing hurts a lot more. Single shot, needs to be charged from an external charger I made (now lost), 3x 330v caps in the barrel.
