So lets say you have a kid and raise them to be a good, productive member of society, but when they leave your home and live on their own, they turn into a serial killer. By your logic, you must have intended for your child to murder people, right?
Assuming there is a God (for those that don't believe there is), He gave us free will. He also gave us responsibility for our actions and we have to take the consequences of our actions. Animals are animals, their purpose is to be used responsibly by humans. Animals just do whatever, they don't have sins or anything. Plus, like that poster, He said in the Bible that its wrong (but not that you should picket someone's funeral). So ya, you can be gay all you want, but He doesn't like it. Ok, anyone that didn't believe in God can go back to thinking that, I'm done.

Love and peace achieve everything.
MODS, BEFORE THIS THREAD GETS LOCKED OR I GET BANNED! (This post is not trying to be a religious debate, this is simply a correction of an underinformed statement. His statement was not even particularly off base, but he was missing some information that changed his logical conclusion, I simply wish to clarify the confusion related to this subject and clarify the Judeo-Christian view on the matter.)

I'm not going to preach or anything, but I must say, just for clarification, that your concept here is flawed. According to the Judeo-Christian world view, animals were not originally designed to be carnivorous, animals were not intended to kill eachother either, but after the fall of man, they began to take on carnivorous traits. The exact same could be said of homosexuality. The reason for this is that we defiled the earth and so the earth was condemned, causing everything to become chaotic. Animals do not have souls in the sense that humans do, as they cannot discern what is right and wrong. the reason that you can train domesticated animals is because they can relate certain actions with positive and negative outcomes. So, in a sense animals may have more freewill than we do because they have no morals holding them down.

If you would like to say that homosexuality is something that is natural and is not unhealthy, I am going to have to ask you to take an anatomy class and a few biology classes as well. Once you gain an understanding of the specific organs of the human body, you will see that homosexuality does not work, it is an improper use of the organs of the human body.

Finally, I would like to say that your last sentence is absolutely 100% perfectly correct. I went so far as to bold it because of how fantastically correct it is. I love gay people, I love non gay people, I have nothing against anyone, it is because I love them that I try to convince them to try something different. I don't condemn them, forgiveness is everything.

EDIT: Let me clarify another thing.

Just to clarify, God doesn't like the action. He still loves the people, but he hates the action. He only wants people to stop doing it.
