yea sony had the right to sue them but did they have to sue them in like 14 different countries simultaneously, while lik sang isnt a tiny company its completly dwarfed by sony. sony didnt want to win those cases they wanted to force so much litigation on liksang that they had to shut down! Yes, at least, I would. When Nintendo was there to not release HD or even DVD playback, I was there to yell. When Microsoft was there to release such high priced wired controllers, I was there. And now when Sony screws up, I'm here to fume. Let's just wait until there is a post about one of Nintendo's screw-ups, and listen to the "god-damn Nintendo"s and the "dumbasses..."

Man I hate all this crap about people caring they're making fun of a company.

Oh and answer this Bic, if it were everyone bashing Nintendo, would you be there to tell them to stop?

Sky, I think you hit the nail on the head. It's not a matter of fanboyism, it's a matter of money-grubbing corporationism; but then again, that's economics, no? I just hate to see a wonderful place like Lik-Sang be used as Sony's corporate whipping boy...

Correctomundo, couldn't have said it better myself.

And gamemasterAS, it's those type of comments that make me ashamed to like Nintendo as much as you do.

Yes.

The only company I have a beef against is Microsoft. :P To them, I show no mercy.

Oh and RadioShack. They suck, but they're also the only convenient place for me to get parts. :(

I'm not a fanboy for any side; I just judge by fact.

I boycotted Sony around the time the PSP 2.7 firmware came out... As far as I know my only Sony products are my stereo and a CD wallet. I'm sure not going to buy anything of their new products. Screw Sony!
I'd imagine right now you wish you were a cuttlefish...

I say we should get back at them by buying PS3s and selling them to Europe.

Personally, I agree with bic, sometimes people have to look at the cold hard facts... Lik-Sang has been on a downslope ever since Nintendo sued. That's RIGHT! Lik-Sang was the leading character in it's own demise by breaching a legally binding contract. Sony just happened to be the one that brought enough attention to the fact that people began to question their legitamacy. This is what killed Lik-Sang. No one company, but Lik-Sang itself. The thing is though, most people here are way to oppnionated due to the videogames they play (No jury-duty for you! :P ). If it was Nintendo, a good chunk of the people in this thread would not be whining... They'd be saying something like:

Look what Lik-Sang did! How dare they try and screw over the Big N!

I'm a Fanboy (Nintendo & Sega), check my user name. But there is a point in which a person has to back off and say, "Whoa, what am I doing? World Hunger isn't M$'s/Sony's fault!" These things occur gradually, you really can't blame any specific company except Lik-Sang...

Yes, it is. They should donate all their profits to nonprofit orginizations.

Micro$oft could end world hunger if they made it possible for the common man to afford Windows (I'm not even going to go into Office, basic costs more than XP Pro  ).
