well if you want my expert opinion, you should go with an nVidia card instead. I have used both Ati and nVidia and I must say that all three of my nVidia cards have been better than my Ati cards. I have had 2 Ati cards, 1 Radeon 9200SE(burned out the first month) and 1 Radeon X700 (burned out the forth month) so I went back to my old nVidia Geforce MX 4000 and it still worked
so then I went to test my old Riva TNT2 and it still worked too
AMAZING. I now have a 256mb GeForce 6200 and it is awesome. nVidia>Ati go nVidia

Mind if I suggest a somewhat less expensive and conservative approach?

Note: and no, I'm not trying to advertise, I'm just trying to be as lazy as possible.
Ideally you'd spend a few tens of dollars for a more decent video card, like a GeForce 6200, though the X200 should be perfectly fine for emulators. BTW, knock off about $70 for the actual price of the hardware.
Also, I must say that the pictured case is quite awesome. The thing is constructed extremely well. The hard drive trays have little all-metal hinged handles on them!
Anyway, if you happen to want to know more about this much less expensive alternative, I'll post links to all the Newegg item pages.

Update
Okay well...So I only have about $650 to spend on it!
I already have a: PC chips Mobile AMD motherboard (with grapics and sound) I cant find the link! I am not sure if that will work with everything else.
And a western digital 250GB hard drive, SATA.
Can you hook me up with some parts that will work with what I already have, but run emulators (now and later) smoothly and that I can afford.
Also, I can probably work and make some more money.

Dosent that emininate
Yes, but I want to build one. I found out the motherboard has a 2800+ processor (AMD XP) its a K8 one.
I wanna know if that will work with the rest of skyones setup, for emulators (I wanna run the Ps2 one). Also $500 for gfx? Woah!
So please give me a cheaper setup, that will still be a sweet computer.
