harsh it may not "look" hard but inside that beast lies a mass of circuitry and extremosity. but seriously read some of the posts about it, he has installed mod chips, done tones of stuff with the video to get it perfect, remade the verge screens DC-DC PSU extremely smaller than it was(i mean damn just look at the pics) and done soo much other crap i cant even understandHarshboy wrote:umm...ok.....anyway, this thing is sweet! I wish i had one of those...all i have is a psp!.......truely, that doesnt look too hard to make........
wtf! there was a post above mine...i swear, i didnt double post, i've been framed i tell ya, framed!
once again great job on finally perfecting your PS2p exactly the way you wanted and it looks solid, and very well put together

I added a new pic to my page explaining (most) of the insides of the system:

That should also satisfy critics who think this mod was easy at all...

I'll measure the dimensions later for you guys. Sorry I forgot to seed the file for you guys I'll do that right away.
G-Force: All that IS necessary if you care about quality like I do. I am obsessed with perfecting my systems until they have the highest attainable video and audio quality. As you can tell from the video it is (as the British might say) bloody perfect video and unlike anything you'll see on any other PSTwo Portable. I like to think of my system's as a chessy JC Penny ad : "It's all inside" =P

You... you almost made me cry... really. I'm so jealous. That thing is quite a beauty. Hey... if you don't mind me asking... what modchip did you use? I've been trying to figure out which one I should use on my PS2 so I can play SNES emulation on it.
I actually wanted to find a way around buying a modchip because it seems kinda shady to me. I was thinking about the swap disk... then I came across the memory card exploit... then I decided I'd rather not have to carry around a disk with me if I was going to go portable. So, I come back to modchips. I'll pretty much have to use one if I don't want to carry a swap/boot disk with me.
Edit: Oh, and I also have to use a modchip because of the green RGB thing... forgot about that.
