ya the spacers hurt thanks all. i have to go and get 1 tooth pulled on thursday. the orthodontist tried to pull it bit he made my spacers hurt more and my gums also

I had to get 5 teeth pulled. I like novacane. I was beating up my lip with no pain all day.

You can do something like that with OraGel. I had a fragment of a tooth that was supposed to come out (baby tooth that the permanent tooth grew up underneath. They happened every time for me, no matter how much I wiggled it), and it was hurting like the blazes. So I put oragel on it, but the hand with the swab in it slipped and my entire lower gum was numb for the rest of the day. Man what a day!

It was the only time I EVER bit a Popsicle. (My teeth are really sensitive to cold.)

mine too, but there ARE ways to get around that....become my padawan learner, and I shall show you the ways of the force!! er, or the ways to eat popsicles!!! yeah!!!
