All if this is open for suggestions and change, I did that in 5 min. It ain't the gleaming view of perfection!

I'm not against your organizational efforts here, in fact, I encourage them, but I still really doubt that the forums use that much bandwidth. Having hosted many forums in the past, forums hardly use any bandwidth in comparison to the content on the site, even if they are used frequently. I'd bet Ben has CPanel with his hosting (since it's happy and user friendly) and if he could just click the Web/FTP Stats button, and actually show how much bandwidth these forums actually use, I'd be more willing to contribute knowing that it was my persistent viewing that was tugging at Ben's pocket. I already bought his book, and I'm willing to help him out more, but I honestly don't think these forums could be tearing at his bandwidth anymore than his site.

But don't mind me, I'm just curious. Keep up this organizational effort. It looks to be very innovative.

So I think that'd even out good.

I'll gladly sort through Screens. (second choice PSone)

You guys took my post the wrong way. I was curious to see site statistics, but it doesn't matter too much to me, and if he's paying $100-200 for hosting, I'd say he's getting ripped off, but that's just me.

Keep talking about your new organized archives, and stop calling me a noob. Noobs. :P

Well then, if there are no objections, lets begin distributing forums.

Bicostp says he'll take Screens and PSone. We have to limit it so chose one man.

Spongey opted for Atari 2600.

Segasonic fan should probably hit The Sega Forum, if he wants to.

I think F42 should be double or even triple teamed, and I'd gladly volunteer.

Gamelver, you could hit any one of the PS2, GC, XB, N64, PSX forums, I'd say you know enough about them.

Guys, start voluteering...

Do you guys need a forum to post all your accumulated information? I own avalanchestudios.org, and I could set up a forum or a wiki or something where you could post this stuff if you needed to.

A wiki would be great! :D

We wouildn't have to grant modify permission to every user who goes there, as we would with a forum. (Maybe have a sign-up-and-register-to-make-changes deal, to prevent chaos and so we can tell who's changing what)

Ill work on f42. :) Sorry I havnt responded sooner, my parents are limiting my computer time to 1 hour a day. :( So I've been looking at everything really quick. Also, Id only be able to help after next week as Im going camping. :) Anyway, its a good idea, but Im sorta busy at the moment. And sponge, I think all ben needs is someone to show him how to do everything and he'de be at the new host. :) Maybe you should get him on skype, or phone him up. (As we all know what happens to emails... :P)

Aww HK, so heerful, so exhuberant, so ready to be shot down with a big, fat "NO!"... :P Ben just want's us to wait now. Doesn't mean for good, just for now. He's got too much on his plate for us to be adding this...

"If you can be with the one you love, love the one you're with!"

Anyway, a wiki would be a great idea. Anyone and everyone can work on it. You don't have to make any accounts to work on it, though I think you have to have one to start it. It's cheap and efficient, not to mention extremely easy. I'd help get this going!
