Where the hell did you get 6.5 hours from 2500mAh? I think the GCp will take a little more than 385mA.

...anyway, my GCp draws about 1.9A at 12V.....I've got a 2200mAh pack, and two 1700mAh packs, so I should theoretically get around 3 hours of battery life

...I haven't tested yet with my new battery packs

But in series, you would only have 2500mAh, and that would only last about an hour if you have a 2.5A(approximately 1.9A+0.6A from a screen) draw.

man, squee had me, but if what nos said is true, that sucks

i'll post my design in about 2 hours...i'm making a mock up out of a tempting crackers(carton box) so i can test the dimensions and "maneuverability" ,placement of the R,L and Z butts.(jaja, butts)...

then i'll make the final design on paint and post it...

He used Ni-MH, not alkalines, so it was 12V(10x1.2V), not 15V.

And yes, I was talking about gamelver(if you are right about him using 10 AAs). Anybody who used 10 AAs to get 12V, was using Ni-MH.
