Just remember guys there's a difference between deep-dish style and Chicago style deep-dish. It's obvious many of you know Chicago style, but places like Rocky Rocco's, Jets, Pizza Hut do deep-dish. And if anyone doesn't know what that is like it's more of a leaven crust, at least an inch thick. Toppings are so put to the edge of the pan, so you have no exposed top crust like with the other styles. And yes it is very greasy, but good!

Re: Deep dish or thin crust?
I like regular commercial deep dish and Chicago deep dish, but I like Chicago better. I prefer the regular deep dish over thin crust, though.

Deep dish is better than ALL OF THEM. Though I can't say I've ever heard of Chicago Deep Dish. But, I've only ever had deep dish once. But it was so gooooooood!!
