UK, Tasmania, Malta, Hong Kong (think that's right), Gibralta (think that's right). No palms like that in UK, roads too quiet for Hong Kong, don't think Tasmania would have buildings like that, which narrows it a bit - Malta or Gibralta? (or Tasmania)?
