Right thats like the RIAA suing everyone that has a mp3 encoding program on their computers. You cant attack a company or people if they have a produce that has the copacity of being used illegally, you can only sue or press charges if they've done someting illegal.

Wrong. A 1984 lawsuit between Sony and UNIVERSAL CITY STUDIOS stated that if a device can be used for copying media it's legal as long as there are legal uses for it. That lawsuit was all about the vcr though. Recently another suit came up (this time about p2p applications) and claimed it was protected under that law. The courts ruled in favor of it.

some day, once we can get some fresh meat into the house and congress....i'm tired of all these conserative fat cats screwing everything up...they do some good, but they do more harm....i wont get into the issues

any way i'll have roms aslong as i own the origonals...i dont care what some from says. since i wanted to play rad racer on the go i put it on my pocket PC and technically its on a cart
