you know leagal not leagal who cares noboady is going to inforse it anyway so it dont matter

and instead of makeing stuff up lke a lot of you did just read it there are exseptions

btw anything there defiatley dose not apply to games dumped before 1998 but there are outher laws about it before that

Just a question if you don't mind answering... Who was making stuff up? I thought most of the people just had a rather mis-guided understanding.

The DMCA has so many loopholes and totally laughable rules that I'd say it's well overdue for a re-write...maybe even more overdue than Windows' attempt at security....
