As for me, i have a relatively short fauxhawk (like the guys in Anti-Flag), and I'm going to dye the "hawk" part of it a vibrant color for contrast. I just don't think I'd look that good in a complete mohawk.

I'll probably post an actual picture of myself later. For now though, you can kind of see what my hair looks like (the guy at the front):

Uhh... I need to find a picture of myself, I have some from my holiday eariler this year somewhere, I used to have long hair, but then I got it cut and grow to like a medium-length, I usually vary my styles though and always go for something different in time.

I tend to dislike people with short mini-mohawks or bleached spiky hair. They remind me of emo/punk rock, which I sincerely hate. Real mohawks are fine though. Just thought I would throw my bigoted opinion out there.

This has to be one of the worst topics to date, worse than "what shoes do you wear", etc by far.

Perhaps it's because I am a balding (I don't care, i'm not vain) middle aged bloke and not a "youth"; but discussions about hair I find to be rather girlie and lame; you know, the sort of "bloke" that cries and sobs publicly and uses moisturiser (maybe lipstick, perfume or other girlie makeup). "Oh look at my girlie locks"...You know, not real men, a bit effeminate...

(ducks, but in a grrrr, sort of manly cave-man way)

I keep my hair straight and long during the winter and fall. Then in the spring I get it lopped off and sent to charities. (Locke's of love)

Stereotypical pop-punk maybe, but not emo. Real emo was in the 80s with bands like Fugazi and early Jimmy Eat World.

Actually, the farthest you could go would be to call me a "scene kid", even though I still disagree with that. I say that however because I'm really a happy person, and have no interest in self-inflicted pain.

Also no flaming, just a friendly argument.
