Nintendo SuperBoy (SNESp) case design - comments? advice?

Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

Alright gentlemen, I'm checking out for spring break. See all of you in a week, hopefully with some snazzy pictures of a (mostly) completed SNES portable. It's going to be housed in the ZN-40 case from Polycase.com. I'll also be working on getting my vacuum forming mold for my next SNESp ready, so I can begin that fairly soon.

The vacuum forming table is all done, and now I get to test it over the break with the plastic I have to see what thickness I like more (.060 or .080) and just to get some experience before going for the real deal. It turns out that the free electric grill that I got from my uncle is pretty much the exact same size as the vacuum table I already made! I think it's a sign that I'm destined for vacuum-forming greatness :P
