We can take shifts. I wouldn't mind manning the booth for an hour or two each day. And if each person did that we'd have at least one person there at all times.

I will probably go over on Friday evening and get started, and be there till the end on Sunday.

I know we have a hotel room list, but maybe we should get a "booth manning list" going too.

I've got about 15 Benheckers counted... some staying in their own rooms.

So, I think it'd be a good idea to try to have 2 people at this at all times, if possible. To make sure that actually happens, and things stay consistent, I think it'd be a good idea to keep a schedule of who will be there at certain times. Anyone want to volunteer? I'll post a current schedule on the front page (hope you don't mind, Ben, don't want it to get buried)

I doubt i could do much more than make sure peeps don't steal anything...but I'd up to guard a post for a while each day.

Cool, I'll put you down for 11:00 Saturday, if that's cool with you. I think Saturday might be better if you're getting a ride with me, since I don't know how late I'll be staying Sunday. Let me know if you want more hours somewhere, too.

When is everyone arriving? I know we want to offset our arrivals somewhat...

I work on Friday, so the earliest I could be there would be Friday night sometime (unless I asked off from work... hmm). I may need to do that.

Was trying to figure out why you were posting at almost three in the morning, but I forgot you're a Californianite and that it was only 12:46 for you... so not so bad. :)

Do you notice any jet lag going over only two time zones?

I've got some pretty messed up sleeping schedules, regardless. I didn't notice any jet lag, actually. I got about 3-4 hours of sleep each night in Wisconsin (due to staying awake for my "Californianites" back home :P), so I was naturally dead tired on the plane ride home, and fell asleep quite promptly the second my foot stepped back inside my house.

Kinda funny about your jet lag, considering your handle sounds like an airline...

"The possibilities are endless - fly SkyOne." Instant ad.
"We're going there... - SkyOne Airlines." Take your pick.
"Take to the sky - SkyOne Airlines." These things write themselves.

"Crash and burn... Skyone Airlines"

Ah I wish I could go! Damn me not having money and needing to get a new car.

I cannot go, barring a miracle.

Oh well, maybe next year. Someone set up a live webcam stream so we can pretend we are there!

I'm sure we'll all take tons of pictures for those who cannot be there. Just need to remember to post 'em.

Squintus and I will be driving up Saturday morning. We'll have our own room, but we should be hanging out with all the cool people (that's you guys :P) most of the time.
