You should probably learn the start boost as well.. just mash A once the 2 disappears during the countdown sequence.

You know what sucks: My parents made me sell my DS! They only allow me to have two current systems at a time, and I bought an Xbox360, and already had a PSP

I just got a DS - YAY!!!- and once my game store gets a used copy of MK I'll give this a shot. Think it might work on a wireless shared 28.8 kb/s connection?

I'll probably have to bike around the neighborhood for an unsecured connection.

I totally agree. They don't let me spend my money on what I want. They wont evven let me get a neo geo aes to make portable! I have the money to, but my parents have decided to be mean about this thing. Also they say I can't spend $150 on ten year old electronics, yet they spend lots more than that on antique furniture.
