As I guy who has studdied general releativity, quantum mechanics, and the new(ish) string theory for years, let me be the one to say...it gives me headaches to this day. Somewhere between 'wave-particle duality" and the Einstien Feild Equations...my brain imploded...

i hate math (algebra and geometry mostly) with the white hot passion of a thousand suns but theoretical physics is interesting

I'm with triton. I only use math when there are no other solutions. Not that I'm bad at it or anything, I just don't like it.

Aw, you guys sux! Math's my life. I see the world in patterns and numbers. I'm constantly trying to use math to solve problems that mostly doesn't use (or shouldn't use) math! It's why I like fizix! Math is such an intergral part of it. It's like a fantastic language that they offer at school. A language that doesn't suck as hard as spanish, french, latin or german!
