I don't know if someones intrested but I think soon the petscii guys will connect a mmc or sd to the dtv that would be great and I also hope the CF drive will be fully functional soon to

Well I hope they get the Compactflash finished. Beside USB sticks that's the only type of flash card I have. And what's taking so long any ways, Mr. Atari got a Compactflash working for Ben.

dunno perhaps they lost intresst in cf but sd or mmc schould be working soon luckily i already got a mmc card and cf is really cheap

C64 Compact Flash adapter
An adapter to make a compact flash card appear to be a 1541 to the C64 was done years ago. Here's a link:

I'd like to clean up this design, though, since I think it could be done without the external RAM and use a newer version of the AVR microcontroller (along with a newer version of the compiler).
DTV + Compact Flash/SDCard would make for one tiny system (and light weight!).

Wish I had the means to get the chips and the PCB for that, really I'd jump on that in a heart beat. I don't supose that you'd sell one, would you?
And just a quick yes/no question; I read there are limitations, are do they effect the game files (saving and loading) or BASIC scriping (writing, saving and running) at all?
