Will I have to open a screen up and modify it? and with the male rca jacks cant you use this like it said you could?

those would work but you'd have a bunch of wire (bulky and heavy, my favorite

). it's not risky to solder wires to N64 and PSone screens already have wires connected to the inputs. so if you plan on having a handheld, you'lll have to open and mod the screen (not hard or very risky). just practice soldering a bit and it'll be hooked up in a jiffy

I ordered it from TI and it came within 2 days so i'm happy... especially since it was free. Anyways the game cartridge slot on the N64...I know there are several how to's but i'm still a little iffy. I know that I wire the pins back to where they originally came from but I don't know how to get the slot off!

oh yeah, about that, it's pretty simple, i'll put it on my guide before too long...
how to get it off is just pull on the ends (where the holes are) and it'll come right off, the only thing holding it in is friction. instead of connecting the wires to where the cart pins went, connect them to the correspondin pin on the outside of the white place (not the inner 2 layers, they aren't connected to anything)

Dang the spots you have to solder to are so small

How can I make it easier to solder them. I only have 1 done and my back is killing me. What would happen I I bridged a connection on that part by accident?

if you bridge it, just heat it upp and get and solder off. use flux to make soldering easier but what you really need is just some practice on some old junk soldering wires close together

So I practiced and was able to get good solders. I just wanted to know if the pins were the only things I have to solder back. I noticed a comple other dots of solder and was wondering I anything needed to be soldered to them.
