I saw this in person over the summer. It was on display in the lobby at Brickfest 05.
@Darth Fett some one at Brickfest brought a minifig scale Minas Tirith it was very under sized but even at that it barely fit the ceiling.

If I can ever find an adequate portrayal of Stephen King's Dark Tower, then maybe I'd spend the hundreds or thousands of dollars to make a 10-foot tall replica.
