Yes, positive goes to "+", and ground goes to all the "-".

thanks, ill update when im done. Im going to use use this for my "speaker cube" idea, its some speakers inside of a box, with an amp and an RC car battery. Also, it says to imput at least 6 volts, do you think 9.6v would fry it?

Not if all your components are rated for atleast 10V.

All the capacitors should say their voltage rating, and if the resistors are atleast 5mm wide, they should be fine. I didn't see any ICs on there, so if you fry something, you can replace it for about 10 cents.

I just made a little amp of my own, remember the one I made inside the "lone ranger" lunchbox? Well, this time its in a SEGA genesis game box. NBA showdown 94. Its louder than before, I actually have a *new* 9V battery for it! It has a 9V battery and headphone jack, with a Nut as a volume knob.
