Well that sucks, also how is it you can use past and future presents in the same sentance? Makes me glad I have very straight teeth.

Make sure you ice it. My surgeon suggested I ice it off and on every 20 minutes (20 min. off, 20 on) for the first day after getting them out. Its very dull and annoying, but its definitely worth it, as the swelling isn't anywhere near as bad if you do ice religiously. It also only lasts a couple days, whereas if you don't ice it like my friend didn't you'll still have lots of swelling for a couple weeks afterward.

Its really not too bad, I got all 4 pulled at once too. The strange thing was that I thought that I'd stayed awake throughout the whole procedure, but looking back on it I can't remember hardly anything after they gave me the IV. Look at the bright side, you get to be pampered for a couple days and everyone'll pity you. You also get to eat whatever kind of soft foods/liquids you want. Its a good thing you're getting yours out before braces, as my sister's wisdom teeth pushed her teeth out of line, so she had to get braces again.

They had to break my brothers' jaw to take his wisdom teeth out. And boy, was he PI     !

Don't they just give you weed in Canada when you get them taken out? Or did I just hear that from a friend, or something?
hmmm...

i havn't had my wisdom teeth pulled but i had 4 other teeth pulled at once. it was bloody and painful and completely misrible for the rest of the month and my brain fell through my gums and i almost swallowed it and needed brain surgery to put it back in and it was extrememly painful. you'll hate it, good luck surviving, if the dentist messes up just a little you will die of bleeding and pain and horrible infections and brain oozing out of your gums! actually it wasn't that bad, but the numbing stuff wears out before the operation is finished and it hurts
