What kind of jobs do you guys have?

You worked at K-mart, and lied about your age and got paid good money, then got a job at a pet store.

Im a pretty good swimmer. Did she teach kids at the YMCA or at the beach? My school offers $8/hr to clean the school in the summer, but I figured I could only make about $675 doing that ma.madc0w wrote:well if you are a good swimmer, you could be a lifeguard or a swim teach (the latter makes AMAZING money my sister got like $50 for 45 mintues per kid, two or three kids a lesson) i am going to be a lifeguard this summer (last year i was an attendance person at the beach)

I tryed getting a job at the source (same thing as Radio Shack in retrospect really) and I have one thing to say, don't expect to get a job if you don't have any retail experence (like me >.>). They are looking for someone with atleast 2 years in retail.
PS: if you do apply do it online, they don't acsept resumes you drop off in store.

I'm a swimmer, but I hate kids, so I'll get a job at CVS or Walgreens (whichever pays better).

What is the point of walgreens? Theyre stupid, and boring as hell. But if they have good pay...

Because they're probably the most preferable for the area. Unless I were to work with food, like Subway or Dunkin Donuts, which I dont want to do.
