The reason you couldn't move was because electric shocks make the muscles in your body automaticly contract. that's how they work with your nervous system. That's why if you grab something and it shocks you, you can't let go. It is possible to die standing up from electrocution.

the camera tazer is a no brainer. Hook a wire to each lead on the huge capacitor. If you guys havent figured that out by now, im really suprised that you can mod stuff...
If you wanna do something sick, do what i did. Make the camera cascade charge a bank of caps'. Then make a cascade type discharge system. This way you can keep on shocking over and over and over with less reload times . THink of it like comparing a muzzle loaded gun to a revolver... same idea.
If you really wanna be a psycho nut, use the camera circuit to charge up a voltage multiplyer bank and shock people with THAT! I would knock people off their chairs back in high school.
