MP3 Player Help

Whenever I get to my computer there is only removable disk f and there is no where in it to format it

Ok I found format in it. But when I got to it it says "You do not have suffeicent rights to permorm that operation". I also found out that the file system is FAT so i guess i should format it that way. I think the reason it wont let me do it is there is music on there.

If you're on a Windows 2000/XP machine with multiple users, you might not have formatting privelages. If that's the case, are you logged in as an admin?

My parents are the admins if I did it on an administraters account would it work?
