if its a PERFECT 0.9% salt salene solution it wont hurt. As its the same as your blood. Normal hard water with 'a pinch of salt' in it has too much salt or maybe to little and all the hard water impurities.people who had limbs amputated in WW2 had salene baths otherwise the pain was extreme.
