The adapter is sold out and only for gameboy.
A Sega Game Gear is a Sega Master System with more Colours.
Use a converter for a Sega Master System for Game Gear games.

just use this to translate http://www.freetranslation.com/ ands its how i do my spanish homework and i like your idea but after a while you will want to use the screen again

I know there is a site that has documented work towards getting a video signal out of the Game Gear. I dont have the bookmark on my desktop so I can help you, do a google search to find it though. The site's info leads to either a composite or RGB output, I dont remember. You will also be having to make custom curuits for changing the signal.

P.S. You guys cant understand the new guy? His English is fine, I think you guys need to pick up an English book and do some exersices if your having trouble reading it.

How to get RGB out of the Game Gear:

To get an RCA connection, you would take this RGB signal and run it through a RGB to Composite converter.
