Really we can't be surprised to see crap like this pop up every now and then. After all there is a good amount of money to be made in this field. There are bound to be tight-wads who think they can fleece people out of their money, with (what they think are) cleaver ploys.

I know you're not not the kind of person that goes out after these people, Ben. But really this guy using your pictures, without permission should be grounds for you to report him. We know this guy is a lying snake-oil salesman, so just help us shut him down.

Hopefully this guy will get kicked in the head hard enough that he'll give up trying to make money on this and look for other places, or just earn an honest living. Whichever.

Well come on we know what goes into these, what you can and can not do, and really what sort of genius thinks he can take someone's pictures and use them without being noticed? Cause seriously, how the hell can you put batteries in Ben's PS3/XBOX360/Wii laptops? There is no room! So making claims like that are full of crap. People like this just think they're clever, and it's obvious when you look at the guy saying the portable laptop will look "like this" and that he has no camera to show pictures of the portable in progress. It's too much BS for people to believe.
