It's OK. there's rumor mills everywhere online, like at blogger and the enquirer and all those wacko alien abduction people from the desert in Nevada. (I think it's the fallout from the nuclear tests that makes them hallucinate. Did you know you're not supposed to even look in the direction of Area 51?

There is already a Gameboy emulator called (creatively enough) "GB on GBA", but it's deathly slow.

Why do we need GB emulators for GBA hey? It can run the soddin games...

anyway, who needs a GB for DS mod, because if you want to play GB and GBC games, get a GBC, they are dirt cheap.

Its quite obviously fake because of the screenies, wouldn't the fact that it uses GBA hardware make the game color?

Is it possible to use the flash advance with a GB emulator on it.. to play them on the DS?? I never understood why not..

Its possible to play gb games through a gb emulator on a flash cart.

why not just build an adapter that is built in a GBA cart and contains a GBC cart port and the Z80 processor.

The GB and GBC require Z80 processors. The GBA has an ARM 7 and Z80, meaning it can play GB and GBC games.

The DS has an ARM7 and ARM9. The ARM7 is used for the bottom and top gets the ARM9. But regardless GBA games can play on either screen, they are both ARM. But the DS doesn't have a Z80.

5. Next to the DS processor is two points marked -CP4-. Connect these two points together to allow the DS processor to switch in to Gameboy emulation mode.

Nintendo could easily have given the DS some built-in GBC emulation software.

2. Take the DS back plate and file down the two notches on each side of the legacy cartridge slot. My guess is that Nintendo is aware of how easy this mod is, so they resorted to a physical lock on the hardware. Luckily, removing these notches doesn't take much effort.
