Do I run batteries in series or parrallel?

I don't either, but they might not charge all the way or something. Batteries are something I don't want to go messing around with.

Its a charge/ protection circuit. But yeah, it is huge.

According to the picture you drew, you have it wired parallel. Is that what you are going for?

Yeah, I'm trying to wire the batteries in parallel, to double the amperage. I'm not sure I'll be able to put 2 batteries into it because of cost though. But I would like to figure out how to charge them both if I do have the money for 2 batteries. I just want to charge both batteries with one charger.
