Not really, no.

See, theres the Atari Laptop, the N64 laptop, the to-be-born NES advantage thingy, and plus i've seen a few guys wanting to do a PSone laptop.

there's probaly more that I missed, but you guys (and girls) get the point, right?

Why not a modern console section, then? There have been TONS of those.

If we were going to make a laptop section, it makes more sense to make a PS2/PS3/360 laptop section.

Why in the world would we make a section just for two projects? And they are likely to never be finished, if you look at the mortality rate for these kinds of projects.

if we're going to split forums based on what kind of case they use, we might as well make a section for horizontal and vertical portables, for CNC made ones, for vacuum formed ones and for frankencased ones. Of course I'm just telling you all that to demonstrate how stupid the idea is. Which you probably already knew.

Notice how I said a RETRO gaming console laptop section, considering half the BenHeck members are all 9 year olds who just want to make an XBox laptop.

It's few the ones with ideas about a RETRO game console laptop (which one day I might (should) try).

you completely missed my point:

why?

what is the point? what is the advantage? If people need help with their laptop cases, they go to the case section. If they need help with the actual system, they go to the section of the actual system. It makes no sense to create a forum that does what two other forums do quite well already.

This idea is stupid

Exactly. Very few. In fact, none as of right now, as far as I know. So why make a section for it? What would go in it?
