I'm working on:
1) a second NOACp using a Super Joy 3 I got at a flea market for $10 and a pocket TV I got at the same flea market for $3. Unfortunately, the pocket TV is kind of large and apparently only accepts RF, but I can't really complain considering the price.

2) an NESp using an original NES motherboard and a Zenith Xbox screen. It's been sitting around almost finished for quite a while without me working on it, and by now I don't really like the case design any more so I'll probably put it all in an entirely new case before finishing it.

I'm not really sure why I'm making so many NES portables, I don't even like the NES all that much.

still gotta finish the DCSNES lol. in order of priority the other projects
1. Hack2X custom gp2x, must be done by december of this year
2. FCtwin based snesP #1
3. FCtwin based snesP #2
the latter two are both rediculously ambitious in every possible way and will completly floor people when they are finished

Triton - In what way are the FCtwin projects ambitious - give us some details of what you intend to achieve (I am sure you are itching to tell us)!!

the ambitious parts are what the cases of the two systems will be made of, suffice to say neither has ever been done before with a super nintendo portable and the third has never been done period so far as i know :D

Honestly, I have lost interest. I also have to focus more on school and also focus on future plans such as career and college choices.

After all of those shenanigans are over, I may be making decent money and have enough to return to this hobby (or maybe a cult by then...) of ours.

Here's the projects I'm working on currently. I don't get much time to work on them but rest assured that they are not forgotten.

- still redesigning the Blackbox
- building a vinyl record cutting lathe
- modding a PSP-2000 with a clear case and LEDs
I'd imagine right now you wish you were a cuttlefish...

A secret, awesome portable gaming handheld. The goal was to have it done for MGC, but at the rate it's going now, should have it done in a month or so. Still debating as to whether show it off at completion or keep it a secret until March... :P

I've only got a few hours on Friday nights to work on it, though, what with school and extra curricular stuff. Only two more years of this crap...

I'd credit it to the mid-semester crunch. At least, that is why I've slowed down. So much schoolwork leads to being a bit burned out on extra-curricular activities, and considering most of the members here currently attend school in some fashion may explain the slowdown.

I've been working (slowly) on a super smexy NOAC portable. I recently got my voltage booster in the mail so it will all run off of 4 AA's so things should speed up. It all works, just need to finish piecing it all together and drilling/filing some holes in the case. I've also been tweaking the last couple of SNESp's I've made to address one thing or another, such as adding RGB to the SuperBoy.

I'm working on......getting my grades up. All my stuff is locked up, no projects for me: but I did sneak back my portable long enough to mod it to put on a usb port on the bottom, letting me plug in an extra controller!

Oh, and hey guys, it a rare appearance by SS!

An HTPC case to house my new build, because:

1. Most HTPC computer cases are overpriced
2. I don't need a 7" touchscreen in a case that's sitting across the room
3. Most don't fit on my shelves
4. The ones that pass these filters are either crappy quality or don't fit in with the rest of my 70s-80s stereo equipment. (Lots of brushed metal and woodgrain. If prehistory was the stone age, those decades were the wood age.)

I've got the plans mostly done, I have a general idea of the layout, and I have most of the materials. The next thing to get is a donor case to get the motherboard tray and drive mounts from.

Well, all I'm doing in the way of gaming/modding at the moment is repairing broken stuff for resale. I just finished cleaning and repairing a GBO I'll be selling with a case, battery pack, and a few games. I'd like to wait until at least mid-November before I put it on e-Bay, and hope I get a bit more because of the holiday season.

For now, I've got some other undertakings I need to focus on. I've got a few music writing things to finish, a drawing class, and guitar lessons. I'll be attempting NaNoWriMo next month, so I'm preparing for that, too.

Guess I should make something by MGC too since I'm always jealous of other peoples creations, except for josh's last year where I also felt light-headed and dizzy because of the fumes :P
