Sunburn'd, any advice?

solarcaine helps a lot. ( i should know i work at a pool) but, besides that just use ice packs or something for the pain and wait it out.

Get revenge by buying the biggest bottle of sunscreen to be had, and putting it in a convenient location!

I too can 100% vouch for solarcaine. It's old-school stuff (My bottle is at least 10 years old) but it has some chemicals in there that completely numb your skin, you won't feel a thing. And it's designed for burns, radiation or heat-related.

lanacane spray and Cider Vinegar! i just went through this a while back, and this made it heal in THREE DAYS! the lanacane helps the sting, and the vinegar soothes and heals.

yes vinegar. no it doesnt burn. it soothes AMAZINGLY and promotes healing. im dead serious, it will make even the worst burns go away within a few days. try it before you knock it. IT HAS TO BE CIDER VINEGAR! white vinegar doesnt work.

Cider vinegar does have a bunch of healing properties, although rather mild.

I believe drinking a tablespoon or two per day helps balance out any digestive issues or anything in that system.

Neglecting to bring sunscreen in the first place is something you should bring yourself, not hoping to bugger. This is truly proving how incompetent and irresponsible you have to be.
