Not only are they separate threads, but so far YOU have been the only person to discuss said illegal activities! Also, there is no solid proof that said illegal activities even went on!

Ergo, The only illegal activities that ever went on was by you, who broke rule number 5b: Don't back-seat moderate. Also known as the reporting and attempted moderation of topics and posts! The moderators and admins have both stated that they have the situation under control, and do not need(do not wish to be annoyed by) and will not accept help.

You don't have one, man? I've got an MP4 player sitting here that isn't used, it plays music, videos, takes pictures, and has a crappy NES emulator on-board. It's yours for the price of shipping, which is probably around $5.
